Defendant, Richard H. Friedberg, appeals a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of plaintiffs, Eugene W. Blanton and Landmark Enterprises, Inc. ("Landmark") in this diversity action, alleging breach of contract and quantum meruit claims.1 We affirm in part and reverse in part.
