PER CURIAM:

This action was brought by Martin Stern for architectural services rendered to Nathan Jacobson in Jacobson's development of a hotel and casino, known as the Kings Castle, on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, Nevada. These parties were involved in two projects during the time involved in this action: the Bonanza in Las Vegas and the Kings Castle in Incline Village. The case at bar concerns only the Kings Castle project.1...
