James Peterson and his wife Paula sued three police officers. They alleged Fourth Amendment violations and false imprisonment arising from an incident involving a snowblower. A jury found for the officers on all but one claim. After trial, the district court granted the officers' motion for judgment as a matter of law on that claim and dismissed the case. James Peterson appeals. Because Peterson is entitled to a new trial on two of his claims...
