Plaintiff Olivia Forde alleges that her former employer, Beth Israel Medical Center ("Beth Israel"), and supervisor, Dr. Steven Arsht, unlawfully terminated her employment one week after she announced her pregnancy. She sues under federal, state, and city law. Defendants move for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56.
