CHANDLER, Justice:

For the second time, Appellant Limmie Arthur appeals a death sentence imposed for the 1984 murder of "Cripple Jack" Miller.

We reverse and remand for a new resentencing trial.

FACTS

In August 1985, Arthur was convicted by a jury of murder and armed robbery, and sentenced to death. We affirmed the convictions, but reversed the death sentence and remanded for resentencing...
