This is a diversity case. Lind, the plaintiff-appellant, sued Park & Tilford Distiller's Corp.,1 the defendant-appellee, for compensation that he asserts is due him by virtue of a contract expressed by a written memorandum supplemented by oral conversations as set out hereinafter. Lind also sued for certain expenses he incurred when moving from New Jersey to New York when his position as New Jersey State Manager...
