The issue in this interlocutory appeal is whether the trial court has personal jurisdiction over two defendants. Fifty-four investors have sued various individuals, a bank, an accountant, an accounting firm, and an international association of accounting firms for wrongful conduct associated with an allegedly fraudulent securities scheme.
