Mary Gleeson, who died testate on February 14, 1952, owned, among other properties, 160 acres of farm land in Christian county, Illinois. By her will admitted to probate March 29, 1952, she nominated Con Colbrook, petitioner-appellee (who will be referred to herein as petitioner), executor thereof.
