Johnson, a condemned prisoner who was executed by the State of Tennessee on December 2, 2009, the decision of the Medical Examiner of Davidson County, Tennessee to perform a post-mortem autopsy on Mr. Johnson, and the objection to an autopsy based upon the religious beliefs of Mr. Johnson.
