INTRODUCTION

Patrick O. Doyle II appeals from his conviction and sentence for intentionally violating the "no contact" prohibition of a domestic abuse protection order obtained by Doyle's wife. Upon being admitted to a hospital, he surreptitiously requested a nurse to call his wife. Shortly thereafter, the nurse did so. Doyle argues both that the evidence was insufficient to sustain a conviction...
