Appellant/cross-appellee Deborah L. Pfeifer ("Ms.Pfeifer") appeals the sufficiency of a jury verdict in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County for $100,000 in damages against appellee/cross-appellant Phoenix Insurance Company ("Phoenix") for breach of contract regarding an underinsured motorist claim.
