Pursuant to a plea agreement, appellant Sam Joseph Gary pled guilty to the offense of failure to comply with the sex offender registration requirements. The trial court found the evidence sufficient to find Gary guilty, but deferred finding him guilty. The trial court placed Gary on community supervision for seven years and assessed a fine of $1,000.
