{¶ 1} In February 1996, Andre Caldwell was convicted of third-degree felony corruption of a minor and sentenced to prison. In July 2009, he was convicted for violating the address-verification requirement under the then-current sex offender registration and notification law, Ohio's Adam Walsh Act (AWA). In July 2010, Caldwell filed, pro se, a "Motion to Vacate and Set Aside the Judgment," targeting the failure-to-verify...
