¶ 1 Leigh Ann Shoffner allegedly suffered injuries when she twisted her knee while walking from an employee-designated parking lot to the vessel on which she was scheduled to start her shift as an able-bodied seaman. She now appeals the trial court's order granting summary judgment to the State of Washington and Victoria Rapid Transit, Inc., and dismissing her claims brought under maritime law.
