OPINION

ORME, Judge:

¶ 1 Kim Dahl (Client) sued Brian C. Harrison and Brian C. Harrison, P.C. (collectively Lawyer), for legal malpractice. Following a bench trial in October 2009, the trial court entered judgment in favor of Lawyer and dismissed the case. Client now appeals several of the trial court's rulings in that suit. We vacate the court's award of attorney fees but affirm as to all other issues.
