Stephen Fontenot, a deputy with the Harris County Sheriff's Office, appeals from the trial court's order denying his motion for summary judgment, in which he claimed immunity under subsections (a), (e), and (f) of the election-of-remedies provision of the Texas Tort Claims Act (TTCA).
