The petitioner, Michael Wilsey, appeals the denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus challenging his detention via rendition warrant, and the State moves this court to summarily affirm the denial via Rule 20 of the Rules of the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals .The State's motion is well taken, and accordingly, the denial of habeas corpus relief is affirmed pursuant to Rule 20.
