{¶1} Defendants-appellants, Marianne F. and James J. Perkins, appeal a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas denying them Civ.R. 60(B) relief from a judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. ("Wells Fargo").
