In this post-judgment matrimonial matter plaintiff Eric Gould appeals from the March 7, 2011 Family Part order denying his motion to terminate or modify alimony based upon his claim that defendant Robin Gould was cohabitating with a third party.

For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
