Kevin Shafinia appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Platte County, which dismissed his application for a trial de novo following the entry of a judgment against him for $1,184.77 by the court's associate circuit division. For the reasons explained below, we dismiss Shafinia's appeal.
