Defendant appeals by leave granted the April 1, 2008, order denying his request to have his name removed from the sex offender registry, but granting his request to reduce his period of registration under the Sex Offenders Registration Act (SORA), MCL 28.721 et seq., to ten years. We vacate the order and remand.
