This personal injury litigation arises from an October 18, 2006 vehicle accident which occurred in Duson, Lafayette Parish, Louisiana. The plaintiff, Harold Thibodeaux, brought suit against Melinda Trahan and her employer, the Lafayette Parish School Board, to recover damages he sustained in the accident.
