Robb Harrelson appeals from an amended judgment of the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying Harrelson's motion for penalties and attorney fees arising out of his employer's alleged failure to timely fund the Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) account portion of the parties' settlement agreement. For the reasons set forth, we affirm the amended judgment.1
