Appellants appeal from the November 3, 2009, order entered by the Fayette Circuit Court whereby the court dismissed with prejudice the Appellants' action against all Appellees. Appellants also contest the trial court's denial of their motion to alter, amend, or vacate or, alternatively, to supplement the orders entered to make them consistent with the court's rulings, i.e., to enter an order that Appellees violated Appellants...
