Old Taylor Partners, LLC appeals from an Opinion of the Workers' Compensation Board, which reversed and remanded an Opinion, Award and Order of the Administrative Law Judge. The Board determined that Old Taylor Partners was an "up the ladder" employer pursuant to KRS 342.610 and was therefore liable under Kentucky's workers' compensation law for the payment of workers' compensation...
