Shortly thereafter Rescigno moved to disqualify Vesali's attorney, Louis Richard Cohan, and Weinstock & Scavo ("W & S" or the "firm"), Cohan's law firm, because Adam M. Gleklen, also of W & S, represented Rescigno in defense of a legitimation and custody...
