Brandon Murray, the eleven-year-old son of Richard and Angelina Murray, was severely burned when vapors from a can of fuel meant for use in a remote controlled model vehicle ignited. His parents filed suit on his behalf against companies involved in the design, production, and sale of the fuel and the fuel can. The Murrays asserted various theories, including negligent defective design, negligent failure to warn, strict liability for defective design...
