In this workers' compensation case, the Employer and Carrier (E/C) appeal a final order awarding Shawn Hadley (Claimant) permanent total disability (PTD) benefits. The E/C argue that the Judge of Compensation Claims (JCC) erred in awarding PTD benefits because Claimant has not yet reached maximum medical improvement (MMI) and he did not prove that he would be permanently and totally disabled after reaching MMI.
