Plaintiff Joseph Sorenti ("Sorenti") brings this suit against Massachusetts State Troopers Paul Doyle ("Doyle") and Joshua Fries ("Fries") arising out his arrest on July 1, 2008. Sorenti claims that Doyle and Fries arrested him without probable cause and used unjustified force in effectuating his arrest. Fries moved for summary judgment as to all counts.
