INTRODUCTION

In this action, the United States seeks injunctions under 26 U.S.C. §§ 7402 and 7408, alleging that Defendant Kevin Hartshorn violated 26 U.S.C. §§ 6700, 6701 and unlawfully interfered with enforcement of Internal Revenue laws. (Dkt. No. 1, 12-14.) The government now moves for summary judgment on all three counts in the complaint...
