Albemarle Corporation ("Albemarle" or the "Company") terminated two employees for violating the Company's safety protocols. Their union, the United Steel Workers ("USW"), filed a grievance, and Albemarle and USW brought the dispute to arbitration pursuant to their collective bargaining agreement ("CBA").
