Plaintiff Al Haramain Islamic Foundation, Oregon ("AHIF-Oregon"), is a non-profit organization, incorporated in Oregon, whose stated purpose is to promote greater understanding of Islam. The United States government suspected AHIF-Oregon of supporting terrorism.
