TALLMAN, Circuit Judge:

Two-thousand unlicensed junior accountants brought this wage-and-hour class action against their employer, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). Among other things, the accountants claim PwC failed to pay them mandatory overtime under California law.
