Erika Garcia was convicted of knowingly making false statements to a federally licensed firearms dealer ("FLFD"), that is, acting as a straw buyer. She appeals her conviction and sentence on two grounds, claiming the district court: (1) abused its discretion by admitting portions of a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms ("ATF") agent's expert testimony; and (2) clearly erred by imposing a four-level sentencing enhancement for arms trafficking...
