Warden Betty Mitchell appeals the district court's order granting Lawrence Landrum's petition for a writ of habeas corpus on the basis of guilt-phase ineffective assistance of counsel. Landrum cross-appeals the district court's denial of his other claims. Because we find that Landrum has procedurally defaulted his claim of guilt-phase ineffective assistance of counsel, we reverse the district court's grant...
