Christopher E. Shiplet appeals the district court's judgment affirming an order of a hearing officer of the Colorado Department of Revenue, Motor Vehicle Division (Department). The order revoked Shiplet's driving privileges for refusing to submit to blood or breath testing for alcohol impairment as required by Colorado's express consent law, section 42-4-1301.1(2)(a)(I), C.R.S.2010. We affirm.
