INTRODUCTION

Appellant Jeffrey P. (hereafter father) is the presumed father of Logan P.1 In February 2010, Logan P. became the subject of a juvenile dependency proceeding. Father was denied reunification services. Father argues this decision is not supported by substantial evidence. We are not persuaded and will affirm.
