With commendable candor, the appellants acknowledge that their primary argument on this appeal is 1) that the substantive law with respect to tort liability for (a) dispensing and (b) supervising the consumption of alcoholic beverages desperately needs changing and 2) that we, in the course of reversing the judgment against them, should make that substantive change.
