Aaron Morel LeBaron appeals his convictions on one count of conspiracy to obstruct religious beliefs, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 247 and 2, and two RICO counts, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1962(c) and (d). He contends that the district court improperly admitted extrinsic evidence of bad acts under Federal Rule of Evidence 404(b). He also appeals the denial of his post-conviction motion to dismiss certain counts...
