This libel case, initially filed in Supreme Court, New York County, and removed here pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332, 1441 (1994), arises from statements allegedly made about plaintiff, Jacques Agnant, in a rap song written and performed by the late Tupac Shakur. Plaintiff sues the Estate of Tupac Shakur (the "Shakur Estate"), Interscope Records, Interscope Pearl Music, Warner-Tamerlane Publishing Corp....
