FRIEDLANDER, Judge.

Charles Miller, Superintendent of the State of Indiana Department of Corrections, appeals the decision of the Madison Circuit Court granting Glenn L. Bryant's Petition for Habeas Corpus and ordering Bryant's immediate release from the Correctional Industrial Complex in Madison County (the CIC).
