In this action, the defendant Shattuck National Bank (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank") appeals a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff, Hermond Ragland. The jury found that defendant was liable for fraud and negligent misrepresentation and awarded plaintiff actual damages of $710,782.13.
