Plaintiffs-Appellants Rey Castillo ("Castillo"), Carlos Abesamis ("Abesamis"), Lauro Malinas ("Malinas"), Emetrio Noble ("Noble") and Jerry Ramos ("Ramos") (collectively, "Plaintiffs") are licensed Filipino seamen who were discharged by their employer, Defendant-Appellee Spiliada Maritime Corporation ("Spiliada"), after a wage dispute.
