Petitioner, Peter W. Sekora, sought worker's compensation benefits after injuring his leg while working for respondent, Du Page Honda. An arbitrator awarded benefits. The Industrial Commission reversed, finding petitioner failed to prove he sustained accidental injuries arising out of and in the course of his employment.
