The State of Florida has appealed a pretrial discovery order rendered in this case pursuant to the authority of F.S. Section 924.07(8), F.S.A. It is contended that the trial court erred as a matter of law in ordering the State to produce for defendant's inspection certain reports and other data sought by his discovery motion.
