The defendants below, Manson Hill, Leslie Van Buskirk and David Helman, were indicted by the Dade County Grand Jury on a charge of aiding and abetting the commission of a felony. All of the defendants were employed as deputy sheriffs at the time they were indicted. Pursuant to the provisions of § 32.18, Fla. Stat., F.S.A., the state attorney filed an information in the criminal court of record, which information traced the language of the indictment...
