This appeal arises from the Circuit Court of Lewis County, wherein the Respondent's, Citizens Bank of Weston, Inc., ("Bank") motion for summary judgment was granted. This appeal of the order granting summary judgment to the Bank was timely perfected by counsel, with Petitioners Singletons' appendix accompanying the petition. Resondent Bank filed a response in support of the circuit court's decision.
