¶ 1 James Harvey appeals the trial court's dismissal with prejudice of his lawsuit against Richard Obermeit for injuries resulting from a car accident. After the issue of service of process was raised in Obermeits' motion to dismiss and Harvey's motion for partial summary judgment to strike certain affirmative defenses, the trial court held a fact finding hearing and concluded that it lacked jurisdiction because Harvey did not meet the requirements...
