A Scott County Grand Jury returned an indictment against Defendant, Paul Chappell, for sale of a Schedule III controlled substance. Following a jury trial, Defendant was convicted of the charge. The trial court sentenced Defendant as a Range III, persistent offender, to twelve years in the Department of Correction to run consecutively with the sentences in seven other cases.
