Procar II, Inc. (plaintiff) appeals a judgment for involuntary dismissal with prejudice. After careful consideration, we affirm.

In 1995, Robert Brent McKinney formed Procar, Inc., a company that was engaged in framing contracting and concrete work. In 2005, McKinney formed Procar II, Inc. (plaintiff).
